Agent Payment Guard is a payment-operations platform in early access. We collect the minimum personal data needed to talk to prospective users and to operate the product. This page explains what that is.
What we collect
Early-access waitlist. If you request early access we store the email you submit and, if you provide them, your company name and a short description of your intended use. That is all the waitlist form sends.
Support messages. If you contact support we store the name, email and message you submit so we can reply.
Account & product data. If you create an account, we store the data needed to run it (your login identity and the records you create in the product, such as agents, contacts and payment intents).
How we use it
We use waitlist details only to contact you about access and product updates, support details only to respond to you, and account data only to provide the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Data is isolated per organization at the database level, sensitive values (secrets, tokens, bank details, full wallet addresses, raw provider payloads) are never written to application logs, and secrets are not returned in API responses. Money movement is gated by backend controls - an AI assistant can draft, but never approve or execute, a payment.
Maturity & scope
The product currently operates on test networks; it does not move real funds for general users yet. This notice covers the early-access experience and will be expanded with a full data-processing and retention policy before real-money availability.
Your choices
To have your waitlist entry or support data removed, contact us via the support page and we will delete it.
